Responsible retailing and age verification (18+)
Univapez sells nicotine products to adults aged 18 or over only. It is illegal to buy vaping products for anyone under 18, and we operate an age-verification step at checkout. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. If you do not already smoke or vape, do not start.
UK vape compliance and product standards
Everything we list is intended for the UK market and sourced through authorised UK distributors. 10ml nicotine e-liquids are TPD-compliant at a maximum 20mg/ml in bottles no larger than 10ml, with child-resistant and tamper-evident closures.
Since 1 June 2025 every device we sell is rechargeable and refillable or pod-replaceable. We do not list single-use disposables.
Genuine products from recognised brands
Univapez is RandM's official UK partner and Fumot's official UK partner, and buys the rest of the range through recognised distribution rather than the grey market. Where a brand publishes an authenticity check on the packaging, it will scan.
If anything you receive looks wrong, email support with your order number and a photo and we will deal with it.
UK delivery, tracking and returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £25. Orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected, and you can also check it on the order tracking page.

Responsible vape disposal and recycling
Vapes contain lithium batteries and must never go in a household or general waste bin — they start fires in bin lorries and at sorting sites. Under the WEEE regulations larger vape retailers must take back old devices, and most local recycling centres now have a dedicated vape or battery bin.
Empty pods and bottles should be separated where your local scheme allows it. Ban-proof kits help here too: you keep the device and replace only the pod.

What happened to disposable vapes?
Single-use disposable vapes have been illegal to sell or supply in the UK since 1 June 2025. The legal replacement is a rechargeable, refillable or pod-replaceable device — what we list as ban-proof.
What are ban-proof and big-puff devices?
Rechargeable pod kits that meet the post-ban rules. You charge the device and replace the pre-filled pod rather than throwing the whole thing away, which is also cheaper per puff.
What is the UK vape tax and when does it start?
Vaping Products Duty (VPD) is an excise duty on vaping liquid supplied in the UK. It starts on 1 October 2026 at a flat £2.20 per 10ml regardless of nicotine strength, alongside a Vaping Duty Stamps scheme on retail packaging.
How do the multi-buy deals work?
Multi-buy pages such as Mix & Match 3 for £24 apply their price automatically when you add qualifying items from that page to your basket. Shop from the deal page rather than the main category so the pricing is applied.
Do you have a sale or clearance section?
Yes — Clearance and Big Clearance carry reduced and end-of-line stock, and June Clear covers seasonal reductions. Stock on those pages is limited to what is left.
Which nic salt strength should I choose?
20mg suits low-power pod kits and anyone recently moving across from cigarettes; 10mg suits lighter use or a slightly higher-power device. If a salt feels harsh, drop a strength rather than changing flavour.
How do I find the right replacement pods for my kit?
Pods are listed per range — RandM Fumot 32K, Lost Mary Nera, Crystal Galaxy Focus 2, Hyola Ultra 30K, IVG Pro 12, Hayati Pro Max Plus, RELX MaxGo. Match the pod to the kit name on your device, not just the brand.
