RandM Tornado 20000 Guide: Specs, Flavours and Tips

The RandM Tornado 20000 by Fumot is one of the highest-capacity devices in the RandM range. It is a rechargeable, pre-filled device rated for up to 20,000 puffs. This guide covers the specs, the flavour line-up, how it compares with other Tornado models and how to get the most from yours.

RandM Tornado 20000 specs

• Puffs: up to 20,000 (manufacturer estimate)
• E-liquid: 20ml, pre-filled
• Nicotine: 20mg
• Coil: dual mesh
• Battery: 900mAh, rechargeable via USB Type-C
• Display: smart screen showing e-liquid and battery levels
• Firing: draw-activated, with no buttons

What the dual mesh coil does

A mesh coil heats the e-liquid over a larger surface than a traditional wire coil. Using two of them spreads the heat more evenly still. Most vapers notice fuller, more consistent flavour, and the taste holds up better as the device empties.

The smart screen

The side display shows how much e-liquid and battery charge you have left, so you know when to plug in and roughly when you will need a replacement.

Tornado 20000 vs Tornado 15000 vs Tornado MAX 20,000

• Tornado 15000: up to 15,000 puffs, an 850mAh battery and a mesh coil. Read our Tornado 15000 review.
• Tornado 20000: about a third more puffs, a 900mAh battery and a dual mesh coil.
• Tornado MAX 20,000: a different device with dual-flavour switching and its own priming routine.

Tips to get the most from it

• Let it settle. After unboxing, leave the device upright for a few minutes so the coil can saturate before your first puff.
• Charge gently. Use a standard USB Type-C cable and a low-power plug, and unplug once it is full. A spare Type-C charging cable is handy.
• Avoid chain-vaping. Short pauses between puffs give the coil time to re-wick, which protects the flavour.
• Store it sensibly. Keep it out of hot cars and direct sunlight.

More tips are in our guide to making a pre-filled vape kit last longer.
