Univapez FAQs: orders, delivery and vaping
Is Univapez a legitimate UK vape shop?
Yes. Univapez is a UK-based online vape retailer selling to adults aged 18 and over, and is RandM's official UK partner and Fumot's official UK partner. Stock comes through authorised UK distribution.
How do I contact Univapez customer service?
Email CustomerSupport@Univapez.com. The desk is open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and we ask you to allow up to 48 UK working hours for a reply.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes — free UK delivery on orders over £25. Orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
How does order tracking work?
You get a tracking link by email once the parcel is collected by the carrier. You can also enter your order number and email on the /track page at any time to see the current status.
If I order at the weekend, when will it arrive?
Nothing is posted at weekends or on bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday and guaranteed for Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed for Saturday.
Which couriers do you use?
We send parcels with Royal Mail and DPD. You get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver next day to every UK postcode?
Not quite. Royal Mail cannot guarantee next-day delivery to some areas, including parts of Scotland and the islands, Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight. Parcels to those postcodes go by Tracked 48. The full list is on our shipping information page.
My parcel is late. What should I do?
If it has been more than three days since the original estimated delivery date and your parcel has not arrived, get in touch through our contact page with your order number.
What is the returns policy?
Unopened items in resalable condition can be returned under our returns policy. For health and safety reasons e-liquids, pods and pouches cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. See our terms & conditions for the full policy.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. Nicotine products are sold to adults aged 18 or over only, and age verification is required at checkout. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
Are your products TPD compliant?
Yes. 10ml nicotine e-liquids are capped at 20mg/ml in 10ml bottles with child-resistant, tamper-evident closures, and everything is sourced through authorised UK distributors.
What happened to disposable vapes?
Single-use disposable vapes have been illegal to sell or supply in the UK since 1 June 2025. The legal replacement is a rechargeable, refillable or pod-replaceable device — what we list as ban-proof.
What are ban-proof and big-puff devices?
Rechargeable pod kits that meet the post-ban rules. You charge the device and replace the pre-filled pod rather than throwing the whole thing away, which is also cheaper per puff.
What is the UK vape tax and when does it start?
Vaping Products Duty (VPD) is an excise duty on vaping liquid supplied in the UK. It starts on 1 October 2026 at a flat £2.20 per 10ml regardless of nicotine strength, alongside a Vaping Duty Stamps scheme on retail packaging.
How do the multi-buy deals work?
Multi-buy pages such as Mix & Match 3 for £24 apply their price automatically when you add qualifying items from that page to your basket. Shop from the deal page rather than the main category so the pricing is applied.
Do you have a sale or clearance section?
Yes — Clearance and Big Clearance carry reduced and end-of-line stock, and June Clear covers seasonal reductions. Stock on those pages is limited to what is left.
Which nic salt strength should I choose?
20mg suits low-power pod kits and anyone recently moving across from cigarettes; 10mg suits lighter use or a slightly higher-power device. If a salt feels harsh, drop a strength rather than changing flavour.
How do I find the right replacement pods for my kit?
Pods are listed per range — RandM Fumot 32K, Lost Mary Nera, Crystal Galaxy Focus 2, Hyola Ultra 30K, IVG Pro 12, Hayati Pro Max Plus, RELX MaxGo. Match the pod to the kit name on your device, not just the brand.
