Currently, Royal Mail are experiencing service disruptions due to their ongoing employee strikes. As such, your parcel may be delayed, although hopefully it’s delivered on time. If it’s been more than three days since your parcel’s original estimated delivery date and it hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with us via our contact form. My Parcel Says its Been Delivered - But I Haven't Received it. When we dispatch your order, we’ll send you out an email containing your tracking number. We have tracking information built into our website, but it doesn’t give as much detail as the official Royal Mail tracking website . If your order is marked as delivered on the Royal Mail website, they will have uploaded an image of the GPS location at which the parcel was marked as delivered. Check that this looks like your address. Even if the parcel is marked as delivered, allow an extra working day for it to arrive, as sometimes Royal Mail’s systems glitch and cause parcel’s to be scanned as delivery conditions early. If more than 2 days have passed since the parcel has been marked as delivery conditions and you still haven’t received it, please contact us. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail as to the whereabouts of your parcel.
